Hmm. Since all new Macs come with iLife 08, does that mean when I upgrade to Leopard it updates the suite or do I need to upgrade iLife too?

The OS X upgrades do not come with iLife. If there's an iLife upgrade required for Leopard they'll push it with software update. In other words, go ahead and buy iLife 08 now. No reason to wait for Leopard.
@CookieDuster: Time to retire that Mac and get a new one. Thankfully you can even send the old one back to Apple to be recycled. I'm sending an old 68x system back.

Looked at updated iPhoto, looked at system requirements... you think it will crank ok on a G4?

Exactly what I needed to know. Thanks Leo!
Good ol' TWiT channel and its fast responses... I love it.

I may wait and buy iLife 08 at the same time as Leopard.

Oh, older, it's an old silver door.

@strredwolf: Oh yeah, that's for sure. I've just been postponing the inevitable. So many toys to buy, so little budget.
