Ho there twit crowd. Any recommendations to other podcasts? I like my casts to be fairly long. 30 mins or longer.

If you like XBOX 360, check out Major Nelson's.

There are a couple more I listen to: There is Mac OS Ken, it's only about 10 minutes, but it's a daily podcast, and if you like his style he has another he just started called Technocracy Radio. Also in the TWiT realm there is TWiM and if you are geeky MacBreak Tech is also a good podcast. If you are into Comics there is Extralife radio, I found this because they talked about it on Buzz OutLoud. Finally, the first Mac Podcast I listened to was MacCast.

If you do anything around the Lotus software world there is only 2 (non-IBM) ones. Mine as IdoNotes and the Taking Notes one.

Mobile Tech Roundup is a pretty good 'cast about all things mobile tech -- cell phones, UMPCs, notebooks, etc. It's around a half-hour podcast, once or twice a week (?). What are your interests beyond tech?

What do you mean " beyond tech "? :P Well. I like Kevin Smith's SModcast, and I found the Ricky Gervais Show fairly amusing so quality comedy stuff is fun. Apart from that I can't really think of any other subjects I'd like to hear as podcasts. I'm persuadable though.

Well, I was just wondering if you were into Harry Potter, or comics, or learning a new language, or photography, etc. A couple other regular podcasts I'm listening to are Pottercast and Snapecast, both Harry-Potter-related. But if you don't read the series, you probably don't care. :) That's why I was asking.

If you have a Nintendo Wii or DS Lite, there are the Wiispot and DS:Life podcasts that seem pretty good (haven't listened to many episodes yet).

Oh yeah, I forgot: if you have watched Lost or Heroes, there are a couple podcasts that I love, but are currently on hiatus -- Lostcasts and The 10th Wonder. Great stuff. The 10th Wonder's first few podcasts were kind of rough, but they greatly improved in later episodes. Very good production quality and discussions.

Heh. I've read a couple of the Potter books and found them entertaining enough. I've just had a back to back séance watching all the movies because my girlfriend is going absolutely bonkers about the upcoming flick. :) So, yeah. I like Potter, but I'm not that into it. Thanks though.

@bradh05: YMMV. Mugglecast is entertaining, but I find the book discussions in the Canon Conundrums segment that Pottercast does a lot more in-depth than discussions on Mugglecast. I think Pottercast offers a bit more variety of content than Mugglecast -- fan interviews (which are hit or miss, I admit), Canon Conundrums, interviews and audio segments with the people actually involved with the movies and/or video games, etc. Mugglecast just talks about e-mails they get. I still listen to both (and Snapecast), but I prefer Pottercast.

@martinj: See, that's why I'm asking what your interests are. :) I'm excited to see the HP movie; I'm going to a midnight showing tonight. :D
