Quick question: Why is AIR referred to as Adobe AIR? Isn't AIR = Adobe Integrated Runtime?

Clarifications purposes obviously. Otherwise, someone may think you're referring to the MacBook Air, or Air (as in CO2), or Air the French music duo or.....well, you get my point.
It's branding. It's the same reason it's always called Adobe Audition. They want you to know the brand name. Granted, it also serves to differentiate things, but I believe it's branding on some of their lesser known/newer products.
Seeing that Air can be used to refer to our atmosphere and contains 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide,1%of water vapor and other gases. CO2 being used as a reference of Air is technically accurate. :)

"or Air (as in CO2)," ... if you are near the exhaust pipe of a car maybe... Otherwise mostly O (oxygen) Or methane if you have a gassy room mate
