It does depend a lot on what you're looking for the device to do. I'm personally looking at going N800 as I'd like a mobile internet device, media jukebox, and UMPC-like device (probably with some added software or just web apps when connected), particularly for a really long trip around Asia I've got coming up where I don't think I'll be packing my MacBook Pro.

twit I'm personally loving my n800. Its more of a tiny computer whereas the 605 is more of a multimedia device...depends on what you want

If your mainly wanting it for watching movies then its got to be the Archos. If its more of a jack of all trades device then go for the n800.
