With many of our favorite TWiT shows missing in the next few weeks, taking a deserved Holiday hiatus, any suggestions on other podcasts?

Although you probably already know about it I'll still throw out the default answer of Buzz Out Loud from Cnet (bol.cnet.com) Leo regularly refers to it as a better version of TWiT.
I enjoy Extra Life Radio and TWiS (This week in Science). Very fun shows! ELR is more a show for comic and video game geeks and TWIS is a show about science news with an interview mixed in.
I enjoy Cranky Geeks, in addition to Buzz. And, Gadgettes from CNET. It's not tech, but I find Friday Night Comedy from BBC 4 a real hoot, if you like political satire. There are lots of UK references, of course, but one can follow most of it.
Thank God for Adam Carolla..Even though adam claims to be athiest...but i digress..His radioshow podcasts are on freefm in LA

The current Lovelines with Dr Drew and Stryker is at (you have to wait like 5 mins or so it seems for it to load, so you can doownload a given episode)...

And the old school Lovelines that is really funny one is on...

These have the Germany or Florida, Smoke Detector battery,
and various rants of carolla about LA weather, etc....Good stuff

Is TWiM a TWiT show?
These days, I'm loading up on Hanselminutes, Studio 360 and Radio Lab. Not all are necessarily tech, but man cannot live on bread alone.

For an Australian bent on tech, you could try the weekly Bran podcast - a healthy dose of tech!
