    Saw this on Consumerist.com. The suggestion of $2000 for time in a clean-room for a RAM problem is pretty ballsy. I guess that's the problem with a "federated" system.. that you may get some bad eggs, since I don't think that the company is directly responsible for the techs (correct me if I'm wrong). To their benefit, the founder of nerds onsite does apologize.
