Saw this on Consumerist.com.
The suggestion of $2000 for time in a clean-room for a RAM problem is pretty ballsy.
I guess that's the problem with a "federated" system.. that you may get some bad eggs, since I don't think that the company is directly responsible for the techs (correct me if I'm wrong).
To their benefit, the founder of nerds onsite does apologize.

Which begs pointing out that none of this would have happened if they had purchased a contract for System i.

They wouldn't be needing Nerds on Site if they had purchased a system from me. I would simply send in my army of consultants.
