Hey what IM client do you prefer? Personally I hate Trillian. I have used Pidgin too but why are the default sounds so god awful?

    Well Trillian is my default IM client on my windows machine and Pidgin here on my Ubuntu box.

    Skype, with Adium(Mac) or Kopete(KDE-Linux) a distant 2nd. Pidgin is acceptable but buggy. Skype FTW!
