    Yeah I was reading about that earlier today. Viacom pretty much just does a blanket take-down notice but it is always interesting to see what gets caught up in their giant web.

    I think this shows how out of control and miss managed large companies are. Lots of people are creating Youtube clip shows are any of them checking the rights?

    You would think that a company so into protecting their own copyrights would at least be as vigilant in regards to the rights of others--silly large corporate entities.

    What's really unbelievable is that according to the DMCA you have to pull down the video before you get to refute the copyright infringment.
