MindTrek could focus on microblogging, tools to measure online activity and value of web services, large niché online communities and games, virtual economy, cheap thrills online, online advertising related talk would be nice - there are lost of things happening there...

Lots of things, indeed! Thanks for the ideas. I guess you might have some concrete suggestions behind those topics, also. Potential speakers, maybe?

I would also like to see one session / talk about virtual tinkering in the vein of Etsy, DaWanda (potential speaker?) or similar. Microblogging chat from a viewpoint of a small player such as Bloggy? If they could talk about how to make money in microblogging, ways to challenge Twitter etc., features relavant for that type of a service etc. Virtual worlds forecast 2009 highlights niché VWs or MMOs. There are plenty under dev. in Europe as well. I am working with GuppyLife MMO at the moment, Muxlim is another example or Webkinz Jr, CDEboys etc. There are also VWs for adults/business use. Virtual economy is a bit foggy area -- maybe it would be more interesting to hear what the VW or MMO developers have to say about that? I would suggest to look for speakers from mentioned companies. Why not also collaborate with SlushHelsinki to get some startups talking sharing their visions for the future of web20/social media? Could be interesting.
