So we started the fennel one on mainline Jaiku earlier but may as well continue it here. I have 4 fennel bulbs. Simple ideas for cooking?

    They were a bit stringy so I multiquiked them after roasting and pushed through a sieve. Beautiful sweet puree went brilliantly with steak and spuds.
