They were a bit stringy so I multiquiked them after roasting and pushed through a sieve. Beautiful sweet puree went brilliantly with steak and spuds.
Yummy sliced up small and chucked into a green leaf salad

I was the only one who ate it. Next time I don't tell them and I mix it in with the other veg.
