Michell and myself are very happy about this development. It will allow us to reach a much wider audience than we could by ourselves and the great people at DiSo bring some excellent expertise and ideas to the table. Hopefully we will be able to contribute our small part and make this thing really work.
Opencontacts.org will probably live on as a testbed for some of the stuff that comes out of the DiSo project and the OpenContacts ideas and input will become part of DiSo.
hey g'luck with absorbing...thank god there are now so many people pushing different aspects of this work forward. Data portability is gonna be a lot bigger headache!
