Basically: a small "blogger program" (discounts, etc.) or inviting some featured bloggers who do live blogging. (Or maybe a combination?) Trying to invite some bloggers from abroad also. DIscount code for the readers of those partner blogs. Besides bloggers some vodcasting (maybe even live stream).
So nothing revolutionary, but should be organised well.
