  • More strict scheduling between tracks so people can switch tracks better
  • Lightning talks as part of the actual conference program, not as OpenMind evening activity
  • Try to merge OpenMind and MindTrek more closely
  • Jaiku discussion of current session projected on the wall in one of the tracks was a great idea. Do it everywhere next time!
  • Stream the talks so people outside the conference can follow too (at least keynotes)

  Thanks! (About the scheduling - it was designed so that people could switch tracks. Next time we just have to watch more strictly that everyone follows the timetable...)

  I second that streaming of the sessions. It was a bit hard to participate on that aforementioned Jaiku discussion without live contact to the scene.
