Mauku supports officially four different OSes in three different devices. Unnfortunately I do not have enough time to test it also in HE. However, you may find it useful to read a thread by Zhaan below because your problems may be related to authentication and wrong API key.

@hhedberg: indeed it does work after resetting the API key!

Seems that an API key may change occasionally and thus Mauku should not store it like it does currently.

also: installation reports as it would've failed, but the app is in the menu and works. Odd.
