    Yeah.. I think a 30 mins Cardio (running) is good enough for today... I know this week is going to be the test for me.. (Soar Muscle, etc..) Just have to suck it up and fight it off. No pain no gain as they say.. A Mountain to climb ahead!! I'm very much positive on my goals..

    Soar.. Soar.. Soar.. (Ouch!!) Did stretching for like 15mins and ran on the treadmill for 30mins!! How I thought I wasn't going to make it.. I felt light headed after the work out.. I got home and crashed..
