i can do this.. I know i can.. No guts no glory, no pain no gain.. I know its a mountain to climb but i believe in myself.. I can do this! Failure its not an option!
If you're going to run outside then definitely use the Nokia Sports tracker as well. I started my fitness kick earlier this week, you might find my blog posts help get you ready for it http://plasticsnow.blogspot.com
Cool, I'm planning on hitting the gym near home 3 times a week at 6am, then catching the train to work an hour away. I could go near work but it's an extra bag to carry
It's just getting into the routine and then sticking to it. I've got reason to do it because I've got two snowboarding trips planned before Easter, and one's a competition so I need to be as fit as I can (and way fitter than last year!)
The real test is the 1st week... That's the period when you will feel a lot of pain (soar muscles) and would make you quit.. Just got a fight it off and get over the hump..
I'll admit that i skipped today, I had planned on hitting the gym but I head butted the kitchen cabinet and didn't really feel like it after that! I'm definitely doing my final week one run of Couch to 5km tomorrow though

hoping to wear ribbed tank tops this summer, or the hollister and abercrombie shirts my friends bought me. Some serious motivation!

@gwapz: Sounds like my plan. Now if I can just turn the plan into action. :)
I actually did do that for about six months and then slacked off. Will be getting back into it, I promise!

Helps that my gym is around the block from my work, so I can get in at 5am when they open and still be at work at 6.
