Does the support have any interest on these cases?

Unfortunately no, support is non-existent here, and at the other official jaiku channels from what I have seen, they do have a Get Satisfaction page, but no one from the company has participated, a little disappointing. http://getsatisfaction.com/jaiku/products/jaiku_jaiku
I have never received an SMS to activate my mobile after re-sending 4 times, and, also my feeds are pulling a few of the oldest stories only, thats the support I have tried to get with no response.
Are you with Tmobile, or Verizon? There are known issues with those companies. As far as feeds, I am not the one to ask, but lots of my contacts are....anyone anyone? Please?
As far as I can see, feeds are fetched from time to time, at a minimum rate of once a day. It depends on the server load... I guess. There's alot of feeds to fetch. Don't expect more till they move the service to Goggle App Engine.
@CaffeineJunky - on Friday, 2 May I asked about Scandinavian alphabets on feed names (those break down) and added a comment later hoping for some input. Maybe I'll just change my blogs name :(
@anttisakari: The only thing I can say is, sometimes the time of day is bad, and people miss questions. I agree, Jaiku is in a bit of a transformation time right now, and as a fan, yes I think it sucks. But I have faith it will get better.
I'm not the most technical one here, but I am hoping some of my contacts read this and respond, because I know they have more answers than I do.
Thanks for the help I appreciate it, I am with Verizon which would explain the SMS issues, that's the 3rd beta I joined recently that is having Verizon issues, so I am guessing it is Verizon and not the sites, thanks again
We're working on the SMS activation issues some of you have been experiencing. Please note that our SMS provider will perform maintenance which will cause two expected outages in SMS services worldwide in on Tuesday June 10th between 00:00 and 06:00 AM Central European Time. Sorry about the inconvenience!

No problem, and feel free to ask again anything you may need. I use m.jaiku.com on Operamini, btw, and it's slick. Maybe not as slick, but it works.
