My del.icio.us feeds never really work - nothing comes thru to Jaiku. The link in the feeds section also isn't clickable (Flickr link is)...

del.icio.us has limits on how often a particular host can contact them for RSS feeds. We're talking with them, trying to work around this without stressing their servers too much.

I have checked 3 times, I didn't see any post from Del.icio.us ever O_o
I have seen posts from Tanglr, Netflix, and my own personal blog, but none ever from Del.icio.us. I have added a lot of bookmarks within the past 3 days as well I believe
Oh, you are indeed correct malach... sorry about that.
Unfortunately, it's so difficult for me to keep track of it all now. Hopefully in the future the feeds can be somehow separated. Separation from channels as well is something I'd really look forward too.
I guess they did work for me, I'll have to try adding some more and see if it works again.
Oh no need to apologize, I scrolled through the pages at least 3 times and the only thing that helped me out was the "Find" command on Firefox. Unfortunately, It's just so difficult to notice the feeds.
Just so many things that I'd like to see improved and filtering the types of jaikus is something that would do well. These are the tabs I'd love to see on the page:
Overview | My Jaikus | My Friend's Jaikus | My RSS Feed Jaikus | Channel Jaikus | (Optionally) Comments
I think if that were available to us, it would make things so much easier.
If you had several hundred friends, part of 2 or 3 active channels, and your friends wrote many comments and jaikus mixed in with the ones from the channels....how would you ever possibly keep up with them all? It's just going to be total chaos in the future. I think you understand this, but the other guy that responded to my e-mail seemed to just say "Deal with it" I mean, it's not for my benefit though, I think Jaiku is going to suffer big time once there is more than one channel people want to subscribe to.
So, yeah, again, you were right, but, it shouldn't even be this difficult to find stuff like that. Throwing it all together in one "Overview" page is just going to be like hell when this site grows.
Definitely, we have some user interface improvements to make - this whole thing is fairly new to everyone, so we're finding the best way to go about things still.
I like your suggestion - I'll write it up, and pass it along to the dev team.
We're always happy to have suggestions from our users, especially about how we can make things better for them.
Basically with my above suggestion, the only thing you'd be doing is adding 2 more colors, for a total of 4, and then have 2 shades of those colors to highlight if they are yours, or your friends, and in the case of channels, if they are jaikus or comments.
It's a very simple thing, I'm sure it wouldn't be terribly hard to put this in there, and it does exactly what I was hoping for, it creates separation of the content, which is exactly what will be useful for the future when more and more information is flowing to the user.
That in my opinion, is smart design without even having to modify the interface to create the tabs. (Although I must emphasize how much I'd really love to see tabs to completely filter out the content to only what you want to see, but the above is a very nice start)
So, yeah, it's almost coming up on 6 am again, and jesus, I have done it again, no sleep at all, lol. Hopefully my staying up all night to help the development of Jaiku and hopefully see it grow will pay off with all this sleeplessness.

I'm parsing my del.icio.us feed through feedburner, which is working fine. Maybe that might help you?

Let me give another suggestion on how to partially solve this problem and make me very happy and probably lots of others very happy as well.
The colors that are used to identify what you are looking at:
What we have now:
Posts from users are Blue.
Comments are Yellow.
RSS is nothing
INSTEAD, MAKE IT LIKE THIS!:
Jaikus from yourself are Light Blue
Jaikus from friends are Dark Blue
Comments on your own Jaikus are Light Yellow
Comments on other peoples Jaikus are Dark Yellow or Orange
Personal RSS Feeds are Light Red
Friends RSS Feeds are Dark Red
Jaikus From Channels Light Grey
Comments From Channels is Dark Grey
Something like that would go a long way in my opinion to helping us quickly identify at a glance what we want to see.
If you can't give us the tabs to filter out the content, at least give us more color coded indicators as to what we are looking at, at a glance.
Then maybe in the future you could add tabs, customize the colors, and all that stuff.
I just think that even taking a few of those ideas would be awesome
