Is Yahoo working OK now? People can send me msgs via Yahoo, but my response never reaches them (using OS2008beta, if it matters.)

I know what's causing it. You probably got your account ages ago (like I did) when usernames were case-sensitive. These days, Yahoo switched to case-insensitivity. What that means for you and I is that the Jabber server is constantly receiving an error saying that your username is incorrect.
The Openfire guys appear to have an idea on how to work around the problem (which is really on Yahoo's side), but until a workaround version is released there's nothing we (as I have the exact same problem) can do except get a new Yahoo account (which I might do).
My in-laws are pissed about this, as they exclusively use Yahoo.
As soon as a workaround is found, I'll be sure to let you know. In the meantime, if Yahoo is important, get a new account (unfortunately).
