    is #irishopencoffee available as an RSS feed (answer yes) there is a WP plugin (FeedWordPress)which will aggregate RSS feeds in to a blog. No reason why you can't put it in a blog (I'm using it in pinkforoctoberireland.org)

    Aye, you can also embed a widget in a page if needed - not just a sidebar. But you'd need a page template for that. And more than one sidebar
