What improvements do you think nokia should consider in light of the "revolutionary" iphone?

Well I'd say the biggest improvement they can make is in their marketing department. Nokia's marketing is old-fashioned and boring. "It's what computers have become"? Who the hell came up with that? So besides having the best brand and marketing in the industry, Apple has also turned the table, they set the requirements that the operator has to meet to distribute the phone, Nokia finds itself in the reverse position. And Nokia doesn't 'get' how to offer content, how to make it sexy - games, music, movies - nobody I know is using any of Nokia's semi-open services for this. Apple on the other hand has an end-to-end solution that, despite its closed nature, their customers love. End of rant.
Marketing. The iphone has had six months of wall to wall coverage and a charismatic CEO. The 'plodding' Finnish accent cannot compete with Steve Jobs at all.

the hype machine really has been in overdrive, that said, the phone does arrear 2 have lived up expectations.
More kudos 2 apple for standing ur to the networks, will be interesting to see how the iphone rolls out in europe.
I think the average mobile consumer is a lot more at ease with a fixed/limited feature set.
Overall i think that if we see any improvements to handsets because of the iphone then all credit to apple.
