@BeerBong: The main theme was exactly to listen to the feedback we've received on N95 and try to make things better. In addition to normal consumer research we do, reviews and the feedback from blogosphere is really helpful for us/; its just great to me to get direct comments from real users. And I think we managed to respond quite well to what people really want.
@Jollemi: in addition to those HW changes we've updated quite a bit on SW side. new multimedia menus are the first step to new contend driven UIs, new Maps sw, faster camera + other improvements here and there

I still don't get the Point why we still get a QVGA Screen, stretched to 2,8"! This is the only Downside i've found so far on this Device - didn't mention the SLider yet! hehe..

The N95 IS an amazing device, but some Flaws ARE existing, and we did loads of work to point them out and give you Nokia-Guys Feedback .. With the N95 8GB you have put most of the Downsides away, like the Battery, RAM etc, which is good work, without a doubt ..
So in General, i will be satisfied with the N95 8GB of course, in fact i completely fell in love with it .. ;)
Does it support MicroSD as well as having 8GB internal? Also has the system memory been improved like the new US variant so that there will be less 'Out of memory' errors?
@markguim: I don't know exactly the n-gage support for Mac but in general N95 8GB appears as external hard drive and you can drag and drop files. we expect that there is also iSync support our device in Tiger

@BeerBong: yes there is still QWGA, but actually you can see the difference on screen size when holding 8GB next to it's predecessor. Video quality and e.g. visibilty of subtitles is really stunning to me, as they say in marketing papers..

Man I'm late (dang EST US time), how are the buttons in compairson to the N95's? These seem smaller but more pronounced, and the directional pad different. Can that be touched on some. Thanks.
Something is better, something is same and something is worse, all in all, just another device that I’ll skip it without thinking twice, now I am step closer to try something different, E90 or maybe N81 not sure either, but it will not be the N958GB I am pretty sure about :?
Software? You count new multimedia menu as improvements? Common, speaking about soft we are only accepting the FPII as improvement.
Camera is degraded actually, there is no lens protector and we can only dream about the xenon flash.
Oh yes, screen is joke, nothing more to say about, you managed to stretch the QVGA resolution over its limits, well done Nokia :/
This all reminds me on iPhone, just a nasty marketing :/

Is the build quality improved? This was one of the main downside of N95. Does it feel solid ? No more sckueking, cracking slider space...etc??

How is the slider of the 8GB? The one used in the early N95 was horrible, to say least.
Another Question: the LED Flash is it a XENON Flash, or just a plain LED like in the old N95?
What GPS chip is used, the old one or a SIRFIII?
