Twitter continues to say "something is technically wrong" even after entering its maintenance period :p

Although Twitter is back on the web now, IM notifications seem to have gone totally dumb (just like they did after the previous maintenance). Now I need to delete and then re-register my IM account to activate notifications, but the bot-and-bird pic still appears as I attempt to do that.
