New UI is coming for people who have an account with experimental features enabled, it is longer to roll out for them but it is coming. You have to ask your admin to enable experimental features.
I already have a domain with coloured labels (AIM will also come soon i think).

and even tho im in the UK i have had it set to the US for ages. still no luck - see what i mean, tears tears tears

Go here : https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/MY_DOMAIN.COM/DomainSettings
In the last lines there are two radio buttons to switch to experimental features.

Of course in the url i gave you change MY_DOMAIN.COM by your domain name :)

Next generation (US English only) New control panel features will be available to you a little earlier than with the current version.
and US lang on my account and no new features! it seems you are the luck one @jeremilhau
