One other little thing, When I go to edit my profile, it does not show me what each field is, just the ingo in an input box with no indication of what field it is?
@Adventsparky: Cool, Ill make the session last longer, ill do a remember me button and that should sort that out.
Rachael IMM said white text would be better but i'n not sure I'll have to experiment with a lighter color.
But the profile thing, I'm waiting until I can sort out the avatar upload issue, I can get a file to the server but I cannot change it's name to anything but null so far ive a long way to go on that one, I'll get to work on the session timeout issue now.

2 things, I would like my session to last longer than it does currently. Logging in every single time gets to be a pain ;)
The other is the black writing of the nav on the blue background is semi hard to read?
